My hair is falling out...

Normally I have my hair dresser thin out my hair because it is so massively thick. Over the past few months I've noticed it getting freakishly thin--huge clumps falling out in the shower. With this I feel exhausted all the time. Doesn't matter what time of day...I want to lay down, and I'm constantly yawning. I don't think it's mono because I've had it before and the symptoms are different. Maybe my thyroid needs to be checked? My weight has been consistent, so I'm not sure if that's the problem. Obviously I am completely stressed and physically and emotionally exhausted. Don't know how to slow things down...it is what it is I guess...

  1. Try exercise it helps so much. I have gone through 6yrs of hell including my mom dying less than two months ago. It is the best antidepressent and helps give back the strength you need. I also went gliten, grain andsugarfree and it caused the other symptoms to go away. Yes I bet it is the stress cause it was mine...but make theses changes and you will go far.:-)

  2. I am living life with an addict...and a few years ago discovered I had thyroid cancer-after years of my hair falling out-and being tired all of the time. Have your doctor test your TSH...it could be that you have thyroid issues (not cancer)..but it's treatable.
